Emotion Wheel privacy policy

Emotion Wheel is a journal for how events make you feel and runs completely on device.

What the app stores. The events you track, the feelings you log, your notes and the times you log them is kept on your device in the app’s own database. Unless you turn off “Sync with iCloud” in the app’s settings, it is also stored in your personal iCloud account, which only you can access. The developer has no access to it.

Apple Health. If you turn on “Add entries to Health”, each entry is written to Apple Health as a State of Mind sample. The app never reads anything from Health. You can turn this off at any time in the app or in Settings > Health > Data Access.

Purchases. The optional “Unlimited events” purchase is handled by Apple. The app receives only confirmation that it was bought.

No analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no accounts are collected by the developer. The app makes no network connections other than to Apple for purchases and, if enabled, iCloud.

Deleting your data. Delete entries or events in the app, or delete the app. Health samples the app created can be deleted in the Health app. iCloud data is removed when you delete the app’s data under Settings > Apple Account > iCloud > Manage Storage.
